OUR POLICY

Minimum Order of $80 for all custom cake orders.

A 50% Retainer fee is required for ALL custom orders.

A 2-3 weeks notice is required for all orders.

Full payment is required, plus $50 Rush Fee for all orders under 2 week notice.

Once invoice is sent, you'll have 24 hours to make payment. If payment isn't made within 24 hours, invoice will be cancelled. A $10 fee will be applied to balance to send another invoice due to your inconvenience.

All orders are to be paid for 1 week before pickup/delivery date.

Please allow 24-48 hours for response of any kind. Do not contact us multiple times, on multiple social media platforms. You'll be waiting indefinitely, respectfully.

The pickup time we've agreed on, is the pickup time I'll be expecting you. Please communicate with me if you run into any delays. You have a 30 minute grace period. If order isn't picked up after your grace period, a $15 late fee has to be paid before pickup.

Royalty Eats & Sweets is not responsible for any damages made after order has left our care. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure area on the floor of your vehicle.

Cakes (without filling) should be left out at an optimal room temperature of 72 degrees or below. (Refrigeration is suggested if not serving)

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, soy, nuts, and other allergies. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

Royalty Eats & Sweets does not provide refunds for any orders unless agreed upon. If there is an issue on our end, we can discuss further actions.

If you would like to cancel your order, the order must be cancelled at least a week in advance. If the order is cancelled within that timeframe, you're eligible for a 50% refund of your order.
